    1)Ensure workforce is present and timeous always2)Ensure loads are planned and loaded on time.3)Optimise vehicle utilisation4)Assess and minimize risk factors in the operation to ensure profitability5) planning and loading of trucks6)monitoring trucks enroute and offloading7)administration8)carry out any other reasonable request form management which arise from time to time related to the job9)to ensure that all trucks are at the loading and offloading on time and to ensure a good client working relationship


    REQUIREMENTS:
    Proven experience as logistics coordinatorExperience in customer service will be appreciated.

    Knowledge of laws, regulations and ISO requirementsAbility to work with little supervision and track multiple processesComputer-savvy with a working knowledge of logistics software (ERP)Outstanding organizational and coordination abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsBSc/BA in business administration, supply chain management or relevant fieldminimum 4 years working experience.
