Provide promotive and preventative nutritional care in the following space: Started Obesity Club at Umzinto Clinic, work in Osteoarthritis clinic,Diabetic Clinic, NDT clinic and at community outreach events.
Provide professional development and training to staff , members of interdisciplinary team and Nutrition Advisers. Provided with adequate supervision by experienced qualified dietitian.
Key administrative duties includeddaily and weekly stats, attending meetings, stock control and management in hospitals and 8 clinics.
Provide health promotion and education to staff together with Occupational nurse mainly focusing on obesity and NCDs.
Part of provincial Integrated Nutrition Program symposium committee where my duties include seeking and engaging with key speakers, marketing and sponsorship.
