Description

This person is required to have at least 3 years management/supervisory experience in the hospitality industry, KFC management experience would be advantageous.

• Manage, maximize restaurant profits by understanding and controlling all restaurant costs
• Adhere to all legal and company Health, Safety and Food Hygiene regulations
• Consistently seek to maximize the sales
• Drive customer service
• Manage shrinkage
• Ensure that the restaurant is effectively and optimum staffed at all times
• Load, Induct and train all new employees
• General administration
• Daily, Weekly and Monthly reporting

• High School (matric) (required)

• Restaurant management: 3 years (preferred)

• Night Shift (required)
• Day Shift (required)
