    Description
    beBee Professionals is looking for a Client Support Specialist to join our team in Soweto.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, troubleshooting issues, and responding to customer inquiries.

    The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. They should also have experience in customer service and a good understanding of customer service principles.


    Responsibilities:

    • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat
    • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions
    • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
    • Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction
    • Document customer interactions and provide feedback
    • Monitor customer service metrics and suggest improvements

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
    • At least 2 years of experience in customer service
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
