I am a young career, driven African feminist who is perseverant and always embarking and capitalising on available opportunities and strive to optimise and unlock all potential within. I studied BA in Industrial psychology and Labour relations management Degree in Northwest University Vaal campus. As an upcoming corporate material am approaching your organization for an opportunity to advance my skills and knowledge that I have already acquired at the academic level aswell in the work place . I have  3 years experience in the call centre environment working with customers, citizens as well with international clients. I have been working in a technical support helping customers with the system and different devices.Handling inbound and outbound calls, letters and E-mail request and social networks and achieve an increase first contact resolution. Escalate customer request to the appropriate provincial department or municipality for feedback and resolution.
