As an adept Operational Intelligence (OI) Supervisor with strong roots in Monitoring and Evaluation, I have a well-rounded skill set in data collection and honed talents in root cause analysis and establishing standards, making me an ideal fit for the Monitoring and Evaluation Officer position. My previous roles have strengthened my capabilities in leading a team and ensuring quality through data cleansing and validation, all towards presenting data to bring about meaningful information for decision making and program improvement.

I have a strong working knowledge of the Monitoring and Evaluation space in relation to HIV/Aids support, treatment, and prevention programs which also included nutrition and Early Childhood Development  prorammes. In my previous roles in the Monitoring and Evaluation Officer role, I have successfully coordinated the Quality Improvement processes within the Monitoring, Evaluation and Research department towards reporting on accurate and valid data, furthermore, I have had the opportunity to produce data that feeds into DATIM for PEPFAR and USAID funded programmes. In my current role as an Operational Intelligence (OI) Supervisor, my responsibilities include managing a team of OI administrators as well as engaging with client executives and operational leads in strategic planning. I have a firm belief that Monitoring, and Evaluation thrives when it is aligned with the operations of the field to bring about results.
