    Job Title

    Sales Support Specialist (graduate programme)

    Job Description

    As a Sales Support Specialist you will support the execution of Sales activities at Philips Personal Health in South Africa.

    Start date: 01 April 2024

    Duration: 12 months

    Your role:


    • Manage all sales related activities from internal, as well as customer/ retailer requests


    • Manage all back-end support to the sales team, involving updates and tracking processes


    • Assist the sales team with management and implementation of retail promotional calendars, for online and offline channels


    • Managing the Purchase order process and back-end support to Order desk, aligned with Line Manager.


    • Conduct data analysis coordinating of the full cycle sales cycle reporting.

    You're the right fit if:
    1. You are a graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales or related field.

    2. You are a South African Graduate and have completed all modules/credits for the qualification mentioned above with a minimum of 60%

    3. Strong MS Excel skills

    4. Fluent in English

    5. Strong communication skills and administrative background.
