- Monitor data pipelines, databases, and ETL processes to identify and resolve production issues.
- Monitor data loads, transformations, and data quality checks.
- Investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Work closely with data engineers, database administrators, and business analysts to understand data requirements and system dependencies.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify and resolve production issues.
- Create and maintain documentation related to production issues and resolutions.
- Implement and maintain processes and procedures to improve production support.
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports on system performance and issue status.
- Coordinate with development teams to ensure proper deployment and release of software updates.
- Participate in oncall rotation and respond to production issues after business hours.
- Gather information independently, carry out necessary research and provide an indepth analysis to resolve production issues.
- Provide severity and scope analysis of issues, inquiries and requests.
- Maintain ownership until resolution of technical issue.
- Handle and execute side projects independently.
- Provide a concrete explanation of resolutions to issues.
- Evaluate production support process and provide feedback.
- Design production support procedures, policies and documentation.
- Organize multiple production issues, customer requests and inquiries from other sources.
- Delegate resolving issues, requests when required.
- Installs, configures, troubleshoot, monitor and maintain software.
- Update and upgrade software timely.
- Preferred Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in either Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems.
- Incident management tools.
- Microsoft Office tools.
- SQL
- Have a strong understanding of data warehousing principles and methodologies, including Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes.
- Excellent problemsolving, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly detail oriented.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues efficiently.
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with crossfunctional teams effectively.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and procedures.
- Willingness to participate in oncall rotation.
