Job description:

To support the Business Technical manager in providing technical assistance and training to both customers and staff

  • Attends major events as requested to interact with the sales force and customers on all technical topics,
  • Responsible for samples management and oil analysis, including laboratory selection and control,
  • Maintains a record of technical incidents involving Motul products, including analysis of residual qualities of products, corrective actions from the customer and provides technical information to all concerned,
  • Technical training of the commercial network of customers or prospects.
  • Technical training adaption in line with local car park evolution.
  • The creation and management of technical data relevant to the Area.
  • The development of technical documentation on lubricants, relevant to the area.
  • Liaising with the Technical Experts at Motul Head Office to obtain copies of approvals, homologations (and other relevant documentation) to provide to customers when needed.
  • Working with the commercial team to ensure the correct matching of products to market demand.
  • Establish methods of technical monitoring of competition products and technology in the market.
  • Assist the business development team in the execution of the 5year development plan for the

Profile:


Education / Qualification:
Degree in Science or Engineering

Experience needed: 1-3 years experience


Language:

English:
proficiency mandatory

French:
would be a plus

IT Knowledge:
(1) Proficiency in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite
