Sales Support Specialist (Remote/Inbound Sales)

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in business
  • Experience with CRM software or similar platform (advantageous)
  • Prior B2B sales success
  • Experience and ability on Microsoft Excel would be great.
  • Experience in Power BI is advantageous too.
  • HubSpot/Salesforce experience is great too.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research
  • Generate, research and qualify new leads
  • Manage CRM system
  • Build CRM dashboards
  • Engage in sales reporting and analytics
  • Assist with meeting preparation and note taking
  • Provide general support and assistance to sales team
