Job Title:
Sales Support Specialist (graduate programme)

As a
Sales Support Specialist you will support the execution of Marketing activities at Philips Personal Health in South Africa.

Start date:01 April 2024

Duration:12 months

Your role:

Support all marketing related activities for the district from internal, as well as customer facing communications;
Managing all backend support to the sales and marketing, involving updates and tracking processes for the district;
Working and aligning internally with, Marketing, Finance, Commercial Policy and Logistics departments to drive deliverables needed to update activities;
Manage the order intake process with alignment with line manager;
Data analysis coordinating of the monthly management reporting;
Managing the Purchase Order process for the district, by working with suppliers and internal team to completion.

You're the right fit if:

You are a graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales or related field.
You are a South African Graduate and have completed all modules/credits for the qualification mentioned above with a minimum of 60%
Fluent in English
Strong communication skills and administrative background.
