    CONTRACTS CO-ORDINATOR (POS24057)

    R to R per month

    Northcliffe, Randburg

    Requirement

    • Matric
    • Computer Literate
    • Operations: Including site planning for teams, Site planning for teams, Ordering of stock for teams
    • Administration, including answering calls, correspondence, invoicing etc
    • Submitting month end information for salaries: including absenteeism, and any other relevant information

    Responsibilities

    • Ensuring team targets are met every month per team
    • Receiving orders and updating monthly job list and giving feedback to MD regarding contracts and tenders awarded
    • Keeping track of teams daily visits to sites and their progress per site. Manage changes to the project scope schedule and project costs where necessary
    • Detailed cost monitoring and tracking of each job
    • Liaising with clients and contracts department regarding progress on sites. Ensure that deliverables fall within Scope and contract value.
    • Oversee all aspects, set deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor, and summarize progress of projects
    • Dealing with queries/complaints from clients and troubleshooting
    • Co-ordination and completion of projects on time within budget and scope
    • Preparing invoices for jobs in progress and completed jobs
    • Preparing handover documents upon completion of projects as well and maintain comprehensive project documentation
    • Establish and maintain relationships with clients
    • Courtesy calls to clients regarding progress on various projects
    • Follow up on Reports submitted to the estimating department
    • Costing of projects, fleet management
    • Any other administrative tasks given
