    Job Offer:
    Event Planner – beBee Professionals, Pretoria

    beBee Professionals is looking for an experienced Event Planner to join our team in Pretoria. The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning and execution of events, from conception to completion.


    The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in event planning, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.


    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement event plans, including timelines, venues, suppliers, legal requirements, and budgets
    • Coordinate with vendors to ensure that all necessary services are provided
    • Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers
    • Monitor event progress and make necessary adjustments as needed
    • Ensure that all events are executed according to plan
    • Manage event budgets and ensure that all costs are within budget
    • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
    • Ensure that all legal requirements are met
    • Provide post-event analysis and feedback

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Event Planning, Hospitality, or related field
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in event planning
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Knowledge of event planning software
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
