    Administrative Coordinator:

    Requirements

    ◦ 5 Years of Administrative experience within the Packaging environment.

    ◦ Own transport.

    ◦ Qualifications in Administrative duties will be an advantage.

    ◦ Excellent staff management is a must.

    ◦ Strong communications and relations-building skills.

    ◦ Excellent verbal and written skills.

    ◦ A firm grasp of data capturing.

    ◦ Experience in both accounts payable and accounts receivable.

    ◦ Exemplary Microsoft Office skills especially within Excel.

    ◦ Strong numerical competency.

    ◦ Bilingual in Afrikaans and English.

    ◦ Work under pressure

    Responsibilities

    ◦ Organise, create and execute schedules and projects.

    ◦ Uncompromising work quality and ethics.

    ◦ Establish, promote, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

    ◦ Maintain and update sales reports and customer records.

    ◦ General administrative duties as per request.
