Experience

Recruitment administration (set up interviews, set up and administer technical assessments, provide feedback to recruitment agencies, update the recruitment database, coordinate candidate checks, load jobs, screen applications, send letters of regret, set up orientation appointments)

Draft correspondence when required.

Coordinate the retirement annuity and medical aid admin.

Coordinate the Training attendance registers and administration.

Collate the Skills Development plan.

Collate the EE Report and quarterly committee meetings.

Keep Company organograms updated.

Populate and maintain the HR System.

Maintain and update the employee contact list.

Ensure that the email group for the company is updated.

Process assessment and recruitment invoices and record costs incurred.

Draft staff office attendance report from data provided.

Ensure that ISP Folders are updated, and a record kept of final ratings.

Drafting Adverts, internal and external

Brief agencies and be the liaison between managers and recruiters. 

Arrangement technical and psychometric assessment 

Conduct technical assessments for new candidates.

Set up psychometric assessments, receiving feedback and setting up feedback sessions.

Capturing of training registers, records, and costs.

Draft and set up orientation programmes for new employees. 

On-boarding of employees. 

Assisting employees with the Medical Aids and Retirement Annuity. 

 

Payroll:

Reconcile leave for PaySpace.

Attendance report.

Experience with the PaySpace system and Sage.

 

Finance:

Sending out copies of invoices and statements to clients and debtors when requested.

Backup to load prepaid services.

Capture invoices and receipts.

Maintain electronic data on OneDrive.

Capture reports information.

Assist with BBEEE audit.

Loading of SMS’S onto the EasiPoll system
