    Description

    Seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead a recruitment agency in Krugersdorp, responsible for driving sales, operations, and customer service.

    We are looking for a seasoned professional with a strong background in solution sales, preferably within the recruitment industry, to take on the role of Branch Manager in Krugersdorp. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing profitable businesses, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and operations management.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for:

    • Facilitating strategic sales and operational planning, ensuring effective site operations and above-average customer service
    • Conducting presentations at Board level to secure contracts and Service Level Agreements (SLA)
    • Monitoring and evaluating strategic planning, with a focus on gross profit and performance
    • Leading a high-performance team, establishing key performance deliverables and supporting the objectives set out in the strategic plans and goals
    • Developing and implementing business development and marketing strategies to promote recruitment agency services to industries within the region
    • Ensuring quality assurance and compliance with company policies and procedures
    • Managing administration, finance, and reporting, as well as conducting research on clients and candidates
    • Building and maintaining a strong database of skills and candidates, and placing adverts for jobs to attract suitable candidates
    • Conducting detailed, competency-based interviews and ensuring accurate presentation of candidates to clients
    • Ensuring agility of recruitment process management and efficiencies, as well as recruitment delivery management

    The ideal candidate will have:

    • Minimum 10 years of solution sales experience, with at least 6 years in the recruitment industry
    • Minimum 6 years of experience at management level, responsible for ensuring the running of a profitable business or as a budget owner
    • Previous sales and operations management experience, with a focus on technical industries such as Petrochemical, Mining, Manufacturing, and Automotive
    • Proven track record of successful branch or operations management, with a focus on billings and customer service
    • Good knowledge of the Labour Relations Act (LRA), Temporary Employment Services (TES) industry, Basic Conditions of Employment Act (BCEA), Bargaining Councils, and Sectoral Determinations
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Computer literacy, with proficiency in MS Office
    • A valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle
