Hennie Swartz

Currently in operations in security with 10 years previous experience in retail as a regional business operator, that include client service and client experience as the focus on which financials and business approach are built on.  I have previously opened and managed HOC as GM and took my learning from there to retail. This passion to provide the best client experience is what made me stand out and became the best in my position. I have an eye for attention to detail and thrive on achieving personal goals with each business individually. 

Now about a year in security as director of operations, managing four area managers, overseeing 158 clients. Prior to this I was an operational manager for Cash Crusaders for 10 years. With my current and previous positions, mixed with the financial experience gain as branch manager for Capitec I believe I have the experience to add value to the current position within Famous Brands. Working for a GM in a HOC prior to all this, initiated my interest to one day work for Famous Brand in a capacity where I to, can play a role in the success to franchisee owned businesses, making them financially proud and living as ambassadors. 

I have completed several short-term certificates and diplomas like Retail, Data protection, Leadership Management, Transformation, Strategic management, Performance management, Warehouse (Building) management, CCTV, Fire and First aid.
