For over a decade at Ab Initio, I served as a Technical Account Manager, partnering with Tier-1 clients to deliver high-volume data processing, metadata-driven ETL, and data governance frameworks. I was trusted to guide stakeholders from C-suite executives to technical teams, ensuring seamless adoption of mission-critical systems and long-term client success.

Currently, at Discovery Bank, I lead projects as Technical Project Manager, driving data platform modernization on Azure and Databricks. This includes CDC pipelines, Delta Lake adoption, and AI-powered personalization initiatives. My role blends hands-on technical expertise with program management discipline, enabling delivery of scalable, compliant, and business-driven data solutions.

I hold a B.Eng. in Electronic Engineering (Hons) with specialization in bio-engineering and control systems, which provided a strong foundation in analytical problem-solving, system design, and technical innovation. This background has been complemented by continuous professional development e.g. a recent certification in project management (PMI CAPM).
