My career shift has been driven by a burning desire to immerse myself in the dynamic world of programming and software development. With a strong foundation in IT support and a newfound love for coding, I'm ready to bring my skills and dedication to the realm of Python. From Call Centre Agent to VIP Desktop Support Technician, I have covered it all from 2016 to 2022

In 2022 I switched over to Software Support Specialist and realized that I'm not where I want to be yet and that's where the learning journey reignited.
