I'm excited to share my transformative journey as I transition from a seasoned Desktop Support Technician to a passionate Python Coder. My career shift has been driven by a burning desire to immerse myself in the dynamic world of programming and software development. With a strong foundation in IT support and a newfound love for coding, I'm ready to bring my skills and dedication to the realm of Python. As I embark on this exciting chapter, I look forward to collaborating with like-minded professionals and contributing to innovative projects.

From Call Centre Agent to VIP Desktop Support Technician, I have covered it all from 2016 to 2022

In 2022 I switched over to Software Support Specialist and realized that I'm not where I want to be yet and that's where the learning journey reignited.
