Key responsibilities:
•
Administrating all Orders (+/- 500 – 800 orders p/m) - loading & processing of orders.
•
Procurement, following up with Suppliers on Outstanding orders / shipments
•
Attending to customer queries and complaints.
•
Managing Customer emails, directing communications between company segments
•
Monthly Sales Reports (4 regions / branches)

Supporting the preparation and completion of Tenders
•
Preparing quotations and customer invoicing
•
Manage the warehouse team, with dispatch of client orders, domestically & International

Supporting management with daily routines and finding optimal solutions to business
