    beBee Professionals is looking for a Special Events Coordinator to join our team in East London.


    The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, coordination and execution of special events, including conferences, meetings, and other corporate events.


    The ideal candidate should have:

    • A minimum of 3 years of experience in event planning and coordination
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
    • Knowledge of event planning software and tools
    • Knowledge of budgeting and cost control
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
    • Excellent customer service skills
