    Description
    The portfolio of services overseen includes: catering, cleaning, security, gardening, hygiene, pest control, medical and general waste management, laundry services, and coffee shop operations.

    Qualifications:
    • Degree or National Diploma at NQF level 7 in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, or Project Management.
    Experience & knowledge:
    • Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience managing outsourced/insourced Soft Services and Integrated Facilities Management.
    • Minimum 3 years' experience managing large teams.
    • Knowledge and exposure in Industrial Relations.
    • Experience within the Healthcare sector is advantageous.
    • Experience in procurement, facilities management, and SLA management.
    • Knowledge of contract management and health and safety regulations.
    • Strong technical skills including report writing
    Key Responsibilities:
    Facilities:
    • Ensure the facility is always maintained in a clean and hygienic state.
    • Procure additional soft services in a timely manner as required.
    External Service Providers:
    • Identify applicable services and service providers in collaboration with Group Procurement.
    • Review Service Level Agreements (SLAs) regularly to ensure compliance.
    Quality Management Systems:
    • Ensure compliance with ISO9001:2008 and ISO1400:2004 standards.
    • Conduct regular audits to maintain quality standards.
    Financial:
    • Participate in budgeting processes and monitor expenditure.
    • Effectively manage costs associated with outsourced services.
    People:
    • Recruit, retain, and develop staff to maintain a skilled and motivated team
