    beBee Professionals is looking for an experienced Event Registration Specialist to join our team in Port Elizabeth.


    The Event Registration Specialist will be responsible for managing the registration process for events, including the setup of registration forms, payment processing, and customer service.

    The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills, be highly organized, and have experience with event registration software.


    Responsibilities:

    • Manage the event registration process, including the setup of registration forms, payment processing, and customer service
    • Ensure accuracy of event registration data
    • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries
    • Provide customer service support for event registration
    • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
    • Monitor and analyze event registration data
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve event registration process

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
    • At least 2 years of experience in event registration
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Highly organized and detail-oriented
    • Experience with event registration software
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
