    Technical Support Specialist

    We are looking for a dedicated Technical Support Specialist to join our team and provide expert assistance to our field engineers, technicians, and product support personnel. If you are passionate about troubleshooting complex electro/mechanical equipment and computer systems, then this is the role for you.

    Responsibilities:

    • Monitor client infrastructure and solutions
    • Identify and resolve problems proactively
    • Investigate and resolve incidents and problems efficiently
    • Provide telephonic or chat support to clients as needed
    • Execute maintenance activities following procedures
    • Report and escalate incidents when necessary
    • Identify opportunities for work optimisation

    Qualifications:

    - Diploma, degree, or relevant qualification in IT/Computing

    - Demonstrated work experience in a similar role
