I hereby attach my Curriculum Vitae for your reference as I am very interested in this position because I feel I have both financial and legal knowledge and I am a very sharp and fast learner. Delivered documents / goods & file legal documents as required for
correspondent matters
Filing of all physical files
Controlled security/storage/custody of closed legal files and administration files
Assisted with regular archiving ito legislation & destruction
Maintained a file retrieval system and assist in drawing of files for practitioners
Office Admin –
Attended staff meetings & took minutes for the civil section/units
Assisted with reception duties and liaised with clients
Attended to photocopying and binding of documents as required for all matters
Typing of Dictation and Pleadings –
Provided efficient secretarial support to Civil practitioners, including, but not

Follow-up on delivery & receive goods/services.
Process requisitions & purchase orders.
Process payments on receipt of invoice & ensure payment within 30 days of
receipt of invoice.
