In terms of technical expertise, I am proficient in Microsoft Office and other business software, such as lnvoice2Go and Canva. I also have basic knowledge of Pastel Partner and experience with the Odyssey POS system.

As a business owner for two years, I have developed strong skills in managing and exceeding client expectations, stock control and purchasing, invoicing, and social media management. Additionally, I have experience working as a receptionist in both MnS Services and Transgear Business Trust, where I performed general reception duties, telephonic assistance, and basic administrative tasks.

I have my National Senior Certificate and currently studying a TEFL course.
