    RPO Recruitment is currently seeking an Assistant Maintenance Manager to join our client's team of professionals. As the Assistant Maintenance Manager, you will work closely with the Maintenance Manager to ensure the smooth operation of our client's facilities and equipment. You will assist in overseeing the maintenance team, coordinating maintenance activities, and implementing preventive maintenance programs.

    Responsibilities

    • Assist the Maintenance Manager in managing and leading the maintenance team
    • Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities, ensuring timely completion
    • Assist in implementing preventive maintenance programs
    • Monitor and analyze equipment performance, identifying areas for improvement
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address maintenance needs
    • Provide support in troubleshooting and resolving maintenance issues
    • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards

    Requirements

    • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
    • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of maintenance best practices
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others
    • Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) is a plus
