    Description

    Hire Resolve is currently seeking a Maintenance Manager for a well-known Meat Deli in the food industry.     As the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing the operational efficiency of the meat deli's equipment and machinery. This includes overseeing the maintenance team, developing maintenance strategies, implementing preventive maintenance programs, managing repair and maintenance services, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage and oversee the maintenance department, including the maintenance team
    • Develop and implement maintenance strategies to optimize operational efficiency
    • Implement preventive maintenance programs and conduct regular inspections
    • Coordinate with external suppliers and contractors for repair and maintenance services
    • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
    • Manage maintenance budgets and control costs
    • Monitor and analyze equipment performance to identify and prioritize maintenance needs
    • Collaborate with other departments to improve production processes

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager in the food industry, preferably in a meat deli or similar facility
    • Strong knowledge of meat processing equipment and machinery
    • Experience in managing and leading a maintenance team
    • Knowledge of safety and quality standards in the food industry
    • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
    • Knowledge of preventive maintenance programs and CMMS
