Responsibilities:

• General HR Administrative duties (filing, 
• Data Maintenance & Review (Personnel Administration, Time and Attendance)
• Transcribing of Disciplinaries Hearings/Meetings
• Recruitment for entry level positions
• Responsible for Onboarding and Offboarding of all employees
• Assisting with Screening  of CV’s - Compiling  Shortlist
• Co-ordinate and sit in on Interviews
• Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave) 
• Assist Payroll department by providing relevant employee information (eg. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
• Providing an efficient Human Resources administrative service in respect of related policies and procedures
• Providing input and assistance into various monthly HR reports for statistical and management purposes;
•  Recruitment and selection administration – compile advertisements & questionnaires response handling, employment contracting
• Accurate record keeping relating to Training & Development, Recruitment, Employment Equity & IR activities
•  Providing advisory and operational support to line management
• Creating and maintaining HR files for audit readiness
