As a Maintenance Supervisor, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring that our facilities are in top-notch condition, creating a safe and comfortable environment for both guests and staff.     As the Maintenance Supervisor, you'll oversee a team of maintenance technicians and coordinate various maintenance tasks and projects. From handling repairs and preventive maintenance to managing vendor relationships, you'll be responsible for keeping our properties in excellent condition. Your strong leadership skills and technical expertise will ensure that our facilities operate smoothly and efficiently.

    Responsibilities:

    • Supervise a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations.
    • Monitor and prioritize maintenance requests, ensuring timely resolution.
    • Perform routine inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs.
    • Coordinate and oversee repairs and maintenance projects.
    • Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
    • Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors.
    • Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
    • Maintain records of maintenance activities and prepare reports as required.
    • Train and develop maintenance staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

    Requirements

    • Previous experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or in a similar role.
    • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
    • Extensive knowledge of maintenance techniques and procedures.
    • Experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance.
    • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects.
    • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
    • Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols.
    • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications a plus.
    • Ability to work flexible hours and respond to emergency maintenance situations.
