• Weekly accounting work, including report generation and preparation of data for authorization by POS supervisor. 
• Processing of correct and accurate journal entries into the Accpac system 
• Maintenance of general ledger accounts and allocations against accounts
• Account reconciliations including ATM, cash, and credit card reconciliations 
• Investigate and follow-up outstanding reconciling items
• To Import bank statements for various bank accounts 
• To timeously process cashbook entries for the bank accounts 
• To prepare weekly and monthly reconciliations of the cashbook clearing accounts
• Identify system errors and log a call with IT OR Fin systems
• Third-party relationship management
