    Description

    Role and Responsibilities:

    • Regularly inspect sites to identify issues and necessary maintenance.
    • Develop weekly maintenance schedules and assign tasks based on forecasted workloads.
    • Recruit, supervise, and train workers.
    • Coordinate daily cleaning and maintenance activities.
    • Supervise all repairs to ensure timely completion.
    • Maintain inventory and equipment, ensuring proper storage.
    • Adhere to health and safety regulations and practices on-site.
    • Perform preventative maintenance work.
    • Follow up on all maintenance and repair tasks.
    • Conduct scheduled safety inspections.
    • Develop strategies to meet workload demands on time.

    Qualifications and Education Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree (highly advantageous).
    • Essential: 2 years of experience as a maintenance supervisor.
    • Strong knowledge of building trades, cleaning procedures, and maintenance.
    • Solid understanding of health and safety regulations and practices.
    • Proficient in budgeting and performance management.
    • Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
    • Keen attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
    • Computer literate, with proficiency in email, MS Office, and related communication tools.
    • Excellent time management skills.
    • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
