    Workload: Fulltime - 3 days onsite and 2 days remote

    Location: Chloorkop

    Assignment type: B2B (Business to Business) or Permanent contract

    Scope of Services:

    The License Specialist to oversee the transition of software licenses during the company split. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Reviewing existing software license agreements to understand applicable terms and conditions.
  • Guiding the approach for modifying, transferring, or obtaining new licenses for the separated entities.
  • Collaborating with our internal teams to ensure compliance with licensing agreements.
  • Supplying documentation and guidance for the proper configuration of software licenses for the new company entities.
  • Compiling, tracking, and managing the complete license list per the pure-play approach strategy, aligning with stakeholders.
  • Identifying Cost Dis-Synergies associated with splitting all License contracts.

    • Periodically reviewing the pure-play strategy and adjusting the license list to align with evolving business needs.
