Description

As a Country Manager at AUTO24, you will be responsible for managing a team, overseeing the development and implementation of the company's strategy, managing operational performance, and overseeing marketing and sales efforts.

You will work closely with senior management to ensure that the business is pursuing profitable growth opportunities, and you will be required to navigate cultural and market differences to maximize success in this dynamic region.

Responsibilities:

Define the company's strategic direction and develop plans to achieve business objectives
Lead the development and implementation of the annual operating plan
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and dealers
Manage the performance of the team and demonstrate leadership in decisionmaking
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and promote a safetyfirst culture
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging risks, and adjust strategies accordingly
Identify opportunities for growth and expansion and develop plans to maximize their potential

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field
5+ years of experience in the automotive industry, with at least a few years in a senior management role
Experience in managing a team
Demonstrated experience in achieving business growth goals
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data
Ability to navigate cultural and market differences
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel as required.
