As the Factory Controlling Analyst you will play a crucial role in providing Operations management with accurate reporting, deviation analysis, and trend forecasting for CC, FME Shipping.

You'll be responsible for preparing OB/LRP Budget and Manufacturing Assumptions and ensuring timely and accurate KPI reporting in accordance with local, regional, and PMI guidelines.

Your 'day to day'

  • Collaborate with Operations management to lead data consolidation from stakeholders, prepare documentation, and submit OB/LRP Budget inputs to PMI. Consolidate all Operations manufacturing assumptions and the OB/LRP targets and prepare the presentation to be shared with Operations Director and Regional management for final approval.
  • Analyse variances and deviations of actuals vs OB and RF targets, following up on root cause analysis and drivers with business owners (Primary, Secondary, Quality, etc.). Followup on Operations performance variances vs targets, identifying and analysing reasons and providing trend forecasts, and alert Management to issues and deviations.
  • Ensure accurate reporting of critical metrics (Uptime, DM Waste, Yield, HC, etc. etc.)., following PMI principles, guidelines and methodology and safeguarding the respective quality and correctness. Prepare and execute timely and accurate regular (daily, monthly, yearly) reports and analysis according to the requirements and the instructions received from local, regional and PMI Operations Management, in accordance with PMI rules and standards. Submit required data to Region as per guidelines and objectives in reporting (Actuals and RF). Prepare various ad hoc analysis and support to prepare the presentations for local and regional management.
  • Support with Inventory counts
  • Ensure compliance with PMI Practices & Principles and Finance Standards
Who we're looking for

  • Complete bachelor's degree in engineering or finance Field
  • A minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position within a factory environment
  • Proficiency in financial planning, analysis, or production planning
  • Demonstrated experience in providing guidance on budgets and critical metric improvements
