    Description

    We are seeking a motivated and self-driven Customer Relationship Liaison to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing relationships with both existing and prospective clients in the exciting world of digital transformation and business process automation. This position requires a customer-centric mindset, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of digital services and technologies.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers, understanding their unique needs and challenges.
    • Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell digital services based on customer needs and usage patterns.
    • Act as a trusted advisor, providing knowledge and guidance of our BPM and Print Management software solutions.
    • Identify and qualify new leads, proactively reaching out to generate excitement about our software offerings.
    • Collaborate with the software and sales teams to ensure a seamless customer journey, from initial contact to successful implementation.
    • Manage and prioritize a dynamic workload, demonstrating excellent time management and organizational skills.
    • Proactively gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and inform future product development.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum 2 years of experience in a B2B sales or customer relationship management role.
    • Proven ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.
    • Strong understanding of technology trends and a passion for innovative solutions.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
    • Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and comfortable navigating a technical landscape.
    • Experience with BPM and/or Print Management software solutions a plus.
    • Adaptability to a dynamic and fast-paced digital services environment.
