About the role


As a Client Relationship-Delivery Manager II, you'll be part of a team of self-motivated professionals helping customers grow their businesses.

By providing industry-leading solutions, you'll drive some of the most exciting new technology in fintech while advancing the way the world pays, banks and invests


About the team


You will be part of a FIS CLS team of self-motivated professionals helping customers to transform their business into the next generation technologies by successfully utilizing FIS solutions.


What you will be doing:


  • Oversee and coordinate the work effort of members of a clientfacing teams (dedicated or leveraged) in delivery of continuous and effective services to one or more strategic clients.
  • Serve as the primary client liaison, responsible for client satisfaction, maintaining client communication, and overall management of the client relationship and delivery of the contracted support and services.
  • Manage technical aspects of projects, leading the team in the delivery of contracted services to assigned client(s).
  • Identify areas where continuous improvement can be applied, implement changes, and measure the level of improvement.
  • Manage client escalations to conclusion within assigned geographic region.
  • Interpersonal skills and technical product knowledge and expertise are critical to responding to daily Clientcentric activities.
  • Other related duties assigned as needed.

What you bring

  • 5+ years' experience working with, or for, financial institutions with direct involvement in functional or technical aspects of commercial loan servicing. Direct functional or technical experience with FIS Commercial Loan Servicing (formerly ACBS) is a definite plus.
  • Passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience.
  • A strategic, solutionoriented, focus with excellent communications and presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities
  • Project or program management experience, establishing and assuring adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans and performance requirements. PMP certification is a plus.
  • Organizational and time management skills required
  • Selfstarter with proven ability to work independently
  • Strong problem solving skills
