    Description

    RPO's client is seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Corporate Finance Analyst. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent financial modeling capabilities, and a keen eye for detail. The Corporate Finance Analyst will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing financial reports, and providing strategic recommendations to support the company's growth and profitability.

    Responsibilities:

    • Prepare financial models and forecasts to support budgeting and strategic planning processes
    • Analyze financial data and trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth
    • Conduct thorough financial due diligence for potential business investments or acquisitions
    • Assist in the development of financial presentations and reports for senior management
    • Support the preparation of board presentations and investor communications
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance improvements
    • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in corporate finance

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field
    • 2+ years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or related field
    • Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
    • Ability to communicate complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner
    • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality
    • Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
    • Professional certification such as CFA is a plus
