Aspiring Legal Compliance Officer with entry-level professional experience in the legal fraternity. I am energetic, ambitious person who has developed mature and responsible approach to any task that I undertake, or situation that I am presented with. As a graduate with more than 3 years experience in the Legal fraternity, I am excellent in working with others to achieve a certain positive outcome on time and with excellence.
MY HIGHLIGHTS
* During the past 2 years of my articles I have represented more that 500 clients in the criminal district courts, and I have finalized 90% of these matters at the satisfactory rate of clients. And I have conducted consultations weekly for both Criminal and Civil matters, by drafting summons and other court documents.
*Conducted law clinics (Family law, Labour law and housing) during my internship tenure, with approximately 50 clients weekly making way to seek legal advise from the panel of attorneys which I have worked closely with. I have gained a skill in corporate drafting, that in formulating case memorandums and drafting briefs to Legal practitioners on matters we possibly need assistance.
I am thrilled about opportunities and challenges that allow me to utilize my skills e.g (Legal advise, Consulting, Dispute Resolutions, Conflict analyst and Compliance etc), these skills have turned me to be more client orientated and making sure I put client's mandate as a top priority in my field of work.
INTERESTS
*Playing soccer with my teammates at Vosloorus Boys Club, it is actually more fun however we are yet to win our first trophy for the team.
*Music and Reading- I am a lover of music and reading books during my spare time, it is quite fun because it exercises my mind and to always staying positive.
