Boitumelo Dube

I'm an admitted attorney with over 7 years of experience with both criminal and civil matters. I'm a team-player and also comfortable with working alone. Throughout the years I have accumulated experience in drafting legal process and litigation skills and do all kinds of legal research. I have written countless legal opinions and legally binding agreements. I am ready to join any organisation and contribute my passion, time and skills to help it grow and to be a its ambassador. 

• November 2014 - November 2016: I served articles of clerkship at Legal Aid South Africa based and the Germiston Justice Centre under the leadership of Ms Aysha Bibi Ismail Gani. 
• February 2017 - April 2019 After admission as an attorney I was in private practice for 2.5 years, during which I continued with civil and criminal work. The bulk of my civil cases were divorces(opposed and unopposed), maintenance and children matters, the administration of estates, rental agreements, third-party claims against the Road Accident Fund.
• From April 2019 to June 2023 I was employed as a Judges Secretary at the North Gauteng High Court wherein I mostly administrative work for Judges. 
• July 2023 to date: Preparation for Graduate School (GMAT)
