Job Summary

Commercial Property Finance has a dual-mandate, comprising both client coverage and financing product for CIB clients in the real estate sector.

The Listed Sector team has primary responsibility for the coverage of listed and institutional real estate clients in South Africa, working closely with all Investment Banking product areas to target capital markets and risk management opportunities.

The team is also responsible for the origination, structuring and execution of loan transactions for these clients.
