Key Purpose

Processing general finance and specific asset functions as required, delivering results and meeting client expectations. Responsibilities include resolving finance queries; payments; reconciliations and reporting. Applicant needs to have strong analytical skills, ability to work within a team, follow instructions and procedures as well the ability to cope in a high pressure environment
Principal Accountabilities
Reporting on assets and able to communicate this to stakeholders effectively.
Processing general finance functions as required, delivering results and meeting customer expectations.
Responsibilities include reconciling and processing payments within deadlines.
Effective stock management including stock take, reverse logistics and managing distribution.
Liaising between various business units.
Performing complex reconciliations involving large datasets with multiple formulae

Education and Experience

Matric (Essential)
Relevant Degree/Diploma in Finance or Accounting (Essential
):
Ability to work with large complex datasets with multiple formulas
Microsoft Office
Skilled with complex formulas and data cleaning techniques in Microsoft Excel
2 years' experience working in a financial institution (Essential)
1 year short term insurance experience (Advantageous)
23 years financial administration experience (Essential)
