Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in bordereaux management, premium reconciliation, financial analysis, and claims coordination within the insurance industry.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting.
- Strong understanding of insurance contracts, premiums, financial concepts, and claims processes.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective client interaction and team collaboration.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic recommendations.
- Detailoriented approach to ensure accuracy in financial data, claim assignments, and documentation.
- Problemsolving skills and the ability to drive resolutions in challenging situations.
- Prior experience in attending client meetings and presenting financial information is a plus.
