An accomplished and result driven Fitness Trainer with 7+ years of experience in one on sessions, bootcamps and group training sessions. From developing and implementing health and fitness programs and evaluating initiatives/results to tracking data and consulting with clients to define and achieve goals, my background has prepared me to excel in this role. I

I’m a qualified personal trainer with 6-7 years experience. I've been working as a health and fitness coach since 2017.  I have experience in one-on-one sessions and group training sessions which all include strength training,  high intensity training, circuit training, muscular endurance and fartlek training. I also hold a Financial Management degree and have a corporate finance background of 10+ years.
