Temp Call Center Agent Cape Town (Remote) R15 000 per month (temp position)
Claims Adjustment Group based in America is looking for a well spoken Call Center/ Sales agent for a month to month contract.
Ideal candidate should be team-oriented and detailed oriented with a strong ability to multi-task.
This individual must be able to work in a fast paced environment with high call volume and remain professional under pressure.
Qualifications:
Must be able to follow specific oral and written directions.
Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally over the phone.
Excellent computer skills a must, proficient in email systems, Microsoft word and Excel
Confident self-starter who can work independently as part of a team.
Must maintain a positive attitude on and off the phone.
Must be organized and dependable
Must pass background check and drug screen.
