Hello my name is tashreeq carstens. My contact centre experience started in 2014 ,I worked as a customer service agent at UK based call centre ,there I worked in the consumer department assisting customers with cellphone contract related queries.a few months later I moved over to an insurance company as a customer service agent assisting customers with policy related issues.I found my way back with my previous company and stayed there for more than 5 years. In 2021 I started my virtual career as a customer service associate in a retail and technical role,dealing with global customers.

The believe I am best suited for this job as I have the skills and experience listed in the job description and I am confident that I can make an immediate impact on your company. I am determined, disciplined and dedicated.
