I am a Sales Oriented professional with expertise in, Digital Marketing, client relationship management, customer satisfaction and retention, in my current capacity as sales manager, I interface frequently with clients. This has instilled multi-dimensional communication skills and an ability to recognize, act upon, and fulfill client wishes and needs in order to ensure their continued, and positive, relationship with the business.

In fact, in my current job as a Sales Manager for Old Mutual, I received excellent recognition due to my ability to coordinate complex logistics in order to meet my sales targets, even when issues arose that were beyond the control of the organization. Again, this involved not only managing operations but also communicating directly with various stake holders . As a result, I believe my combined ability to successfully manage operations while also effectively interfacing with all levels will help me succeed in this role.
