    Looking for an opportunity to lead a dynamic team to success in the electrical industry? Our esteemed client is in search of a dedicated Site Manager to join their team in Cape Town.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Strategic Project Management:
    • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely completion and adherence to objectives.
    • Effectively allocate resources and manage project budgets for optimal outcomes.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Inspire and guide team members to achieve excellence, fostering a positive and productive work culture.
    • Provide mentorship and support to encourage professional growth and development.
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Implement and maintain stringent quality control measures to uphold industry standards and exceed client expectations.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to facilitate seamless project execution and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Safety and Compliance:
    • Prioritize health and safety protocols, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and mitigating risks in the workplace.
  • Administrative Oversight:
    • Manage project documentation, reporting, and administrative tasks efficiently to support project delivery and organizational efficiency.
  • Resource Optimization:
    • Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment effectively to maximize project efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

    Requirements

    • Possess strong leadership capabilities with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving goals.
    • National Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the electrical engineering sector.
    • Demonstrate a dedication to upholding safety, quality, and professionalism in all aspects of work.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and convey complex information clearly and concisely.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage competing priorities.
