Job Context:
SERVEST SECURITY, A DIVISION OF SERVEST HAS A VACANCY FOR A SITE MANAGER REPORTING TO THE OPERATIONS MANAGER.

MUST HAVE A QUALIFICATION IN OPERATIONS / BUSINESS MANAGEMENT WITH A MINIMUM OF 3 TO 5 YEARS MANAGEMENT /OPERATIONS EXPERIENCE WITHIN THE SECURITY INDUSTRY.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Manage controllable expenses / Strict adherences to operational procedures; Compilation of site specific standing operational procedures (SOP's) as well as the training of Security Officers; Manage the performance and productivity of workforce by daily communication and providing feedback on results; Ensure compliance to the company policies and procedures and manage the disciplinary process; Implement and maintain measures to ensure safe and heathy operating environments; Ensure that the account runs cost effectively, well managed and efficient to both Servest and the client.

Unscheduled spot checks of Supervisors and Administrator at their specific work areas. Ensure supervisors tasks are completed on a daily basis. Ensure that cleaning is done effectively at all levels. Compile operations monthly report. Attend customer's daily, weekly & monthly meetings.

Conduct continuous risk assessments and advice the customer on risk-mitigation strategies; Conduct monthly customer satisfaction surveys and implement continuous improvement initiatives; Attend to incidents, conduct investigations and draft investigation reports; Manage customer and staff complaints promptly, accurately and effectively; Ensure contract profitability through the efficient rostering of Security Officer including the management of leave and leave relievers; Ensure that you comply with the policies and procedures set out in the Operations Manual when performing Administration.
