    Description

    Accounts Creditors Clerk/ Receptionist JHBBe willing to work at the company's premises dailyMust be willing also to relocate if neededMinimum 3 years Accounts Payable working experience with a Grade 12 in Math and accounting / bookkeepingComputer literacy in MS Office Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable principles+ experience in Preparing weekly wages for Casualsmust have experience In Preparation and submission of creditors' reconciliations.

    Capture all supplier invoices on Navision daily and will be trained on Navision, ensuring all invoices are valid Tax Invoices and correct VAT is appliedIf you don't have Navision experience the company will train youUnderstanding of BBBEE documents relating to own work and updating relevant files Good planning and organization skillsExcellent attention to detailExcellent Interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast paced, pressurized environment.

    Ensure invoices are matched against requisitions, purchase orders and goods receivedEnsure requisitions, purchase orders, credit notes and invoices are authorised in accordance with prescribed financial proceduresResearch and resolve invoice discrepancies and issuesEnsure correct cost centre and GL account are used when processing transactions.

    Request statements and forward remittance advices to suppliers.
    Timeous follow up on all suppliers' queries.
    Assist Financial accountant with ad hoc dutiesComply with the requirements of the quality management system.
    Compilation of Credit Card statements and processingPetty cash recon and processingAdministration and filing for Creditors.

    Complete suppliers credit applicationOrdering of office stationery Receptionist and Switchboard operatorPrinting Data sheetsAnnual Salary from R to R per Annum full cost to CompanyMonthly Salary R16 666 to R23.
